Help! I'm stuck in the computer and I'm upside down! I'm hanging from the ceiling. Gravity has gone haywire, and I'm floating around my apartment.

OK, actually this is what happens when I get bored and start playing around with the little camera. I was trying to see if the cord was long enough to make the camera go over to the window, so you could all see how much snow we got. It's not. But in doing so, I turned the camera upside down and took a picture, and there you go. Now you know why I need to leave the house more often -- when upside down pictures amuse me.

I was dying over Pamie's entry today, and I totally wanted to write my own entry about how weird I was (was?) as a child, but that would be too much of a ripoff, even for me. So I'll wait and do it in a few weeks, maybe.

But Wing Chun and I were talking about foods you eat as a kid, specifically Lunchables. What is the deal with Lunchables? What parent would let their kid eat such a thing? And I say this as someone who did eat Lunchables. Why would anyone think it was okay to eat "meat product" that does not have to be refrigerated? There's the Ham and Cheese or Turkey and Cheese variety, which are bad enough. But then there's the Pizza variety, featuring room temperature tomato sauce. And I can't even talk about the Taco Bell type, with the ground beef that does not need to be refrigerated. What is in that stuff? Forget it, I don't want to know. All I know is that I was insanely jealous of kids who got to eat Lunchables for school lunch, when I was stuck with my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, potato chips and orange Kool-Aid in a thermos (which is what I ate every day for lunch for approximately three years).

I also used to eat peanut butter and cheese sandwiches as a kid. That just disgusts me now. One thing I used to eat that I would still eat now is peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with potato chips or Fritos for that extra crunch. I actually had one of those sandwiches last summer, and it was good.

Suddenly I've turned into Joey from Friends with the sandwiches. I'm going to stop now. Clearly, I have nothing to write about. But what have I forgotten that were your favorite childhood foods that you would never eat now? E-mail me and let me know.

First of all, I missed the part where Tom Wolfe got his PhD in Education. Second, if kids don't know how to use computers, they will be hard-pressed to find even an entry level job in the modern workforce. Third, does anyone else think he was speaking somewhat tongue in cheek?

Oh, Kelso. Sometimes I think actors just shouldn't talk, and then I wouldn't get disappointed in them.

I'm personally glad Blizzard is taking their time with Diablo II, if it means it won't be so buggy. It looks like it's coming closer to release though.

Sars will be happy to hear that Kellie Martin is leaving ER.

In other ER news, George Clooney is waiting for an invitation to come back. I really think it would be best for the show if he did come back for one episode.
